Artist's Proof. The 1950s' was a period of intense experimentation and research for Hore in the printmaking media where he created etchings, woodcut, wood-engravings, lino-cut and multicolour wood cuts. His first black and white etching was made in 1954 while his first drypoint was made the following year.
